Register the vehicle
The owner enters the plate, the model, and the purpose of entry. No paperwork at the barrier.

Receive the QR pass
Ngaa issues a pass that stays valid until it is revoked, and prints or saves to a phone.

The pass is read at the barrier. The movement, the gate, and the time are recorded automatically.

The pass lives in the Ngaa record, not on a piece of card. A vehicle registered at one facility can enter any other gate that authorises it, because both gates read the same record.
